Service Description
This brief session is ideal for addressing non-chronic, time-sensitive concerns that don’t require a full health history. Think acute colds, minor infections, seasonal shifts, sleep disruptions, or support during stressful periods. With a focused intake and targeted support, we’ll get right to the root of what’s needed and create a simple, effective plan to guide your next steps. This session includes: • A short-form intake focused on your immediate concern • Targeted herbal and lifestyle recommendations • Optional follow-up guidance if needed Please note: This offering is based on calendar availability and is not a substitute for a full intake or ongoing care. Payment details are collected at booking. Your card will not be charged unless your session is reviewed and approved.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the time to someone else. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee of up to 50% of the session cost. No-shows are charged the full session fee. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. I understand that life happens — if you’re experiencing an emergency or illness, please let me know and we’ll work together to find a solution. This policy helps me keep my practice sustainable and ensures I can dedicate my full care and attention to every client.
