Follow up Consultation
Service Description
This session is available to returning clients who have completed an initial consultation. It’s an opportunity to revisit your wellness plan, track progress, and make adjustments as your needs evolve. Whether you're responding well to your current protocol, experiencing new symptoms, or navigating a life transition, this time is dedicated to fine-tuning your care and ensuring your path forward remains aligned and effective. Your follow-up may include: • Progress review and reassessment • Adjustments to your herbal, nutritional, or lifestyle protocol • Support for new or ongoing health concerns • Continued access for check-ins and troubleshooting • Updated supplement recommendations and discounts Healing is a journey, not a one-time fix. These sessions help keep your care responsive, intentional, and in rhythm with where you are now.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the time to someone else. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee of up to 50% of the session cost. No-shows are charged the full session fee. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. I understand that life happens — if you’re experiencing an emergency or illness, please let me know and we’ll work together to find a solution. This policy helps me keep my practice sustainable and ensures I can dedicate my full care and attention to every client.
